How to make Spicy Mint Sauce

Homemade Mint Sauce This is so easy and quick to make, far more economical as well👍 Ingredients 25g/1oz Mint Leaves 2tbs Caster Sugar 4tbs Red Wine Vinegar 1tbs Boiling Water Quarter tsp Salt Method Whizz the mint leaves in a mini food processor. Using a small saucepan, stir together the sugar, vinegar, salt and water over a gentle heat. Bring to the boil, add the mint leaves and allow to simmer for 1 minute. Allow to cool slightly and pour into a sterilised jar. Cool completely before storing
