Oct 16, 2020 · Last time I played was 2014. I think I remember the server names but I don’t see any characters. I tried as suggested created a new character, but no luck. Also, tried the suggestion to remove the cache folder. What’s next?

Apr 24, 2024 · Returning after a decade and I can’t find any of my characters. I know what server I was on and it was all empty. I thought it might take a day or two since I reactivated on a patch night, but they’re all still missing. Is there a recovery process or am I just SoL?

Your named account has a bunch of higher level characters on Cataclysm Classic, 3 level 70’s on Whitemane two Tauren Druid, and a Blood Elf Paladin and various other higher level characters on Grobbulus, Whitemane and some lower level on Faerlina.

Sep 25, 2024 · I was randomly disconnected from the game and my warband characters are completely gone. Other older characters from separate/shared realms still exist. Manually selecting the current realm has no effect. Happened about 30 minutes ago.

Nov 21, 2008 · See here: Yellowpipe - Special ALT Characters And here: Typing Special Characters - Microsoft Standard English (United States 101) Keyboard You can get the codes by holding the alt key, and on the numberpad (on the right) pressing the numbers. These work in WoW. The only way to get them is to do the alt way, not copy and paste, unfortunately.
