Porter allows up to two (2) pets in the cabin on any given flight. To avoid disappointment, you should reserve space for your pet at the time of booking or contact the Porter Call Centre at 1-888-619-8622 as early as possible. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. A maximum of one carrier per passenger is allowed.

When redeeming non-transferable Porter Passes, there is a limit of 1 adult and 1 infant per booking. A child under age 2 may travel at no additional charge if they are sitting on an adult's lap (16 or older) during the flight. There must be at least one adult passenger travelling with a child.

A small pet may travel with you in the aircraft cabin. Pet travel is restricted to house cats and small dogs that can comfortably manoeuvre inside an approved carrier during flight. For operational and comfort reasons, Porter limits the number of pet carriers allowed in the cabin to two at any one time.

Depending on the fare purchased, you can bring up to two free carry-on articles onboard, including a personal item and a standard carry-on bag. Your fare determines what you can bring onboard with you. For example, if you are travelling on a Basic fare you are only permitted one personal item, with all other articles to be checked.
