Sanjay Singh (born 22 March 1972) is an Indian politician, activist, national spokesman for Aam Aadmi Party, a member of the Rajya Sabha from Delhi. He was convicted in a 2001 protest case and was later given bail. [1] In October 2023, he was arrested by Enforcement Directorate on allegations of bribery and liquor scam.

Singh was arrested on October 4, 2023 after a 10-hour search at his home in North Avenue, New Delhi. According to the ED, Singh is a “key conspirator” in the alleged scam, in which the wholesale liquor business in Delhi was given to private entities in return for kickbacks.
