The Saint Louis Science Center is one of the museums/centers that is located in Forest Park, and you can visit for free. However, parking is not free and is almost $20. There are all types STEM activities to do here, but my kids spent a lot of time building with blocks in the Structures space, as well as creating things in the Makerspace.
