In my opinion, the six-pointed stars eyes in Oshi no Ko charas are inspired by a phenomenon called asterism, more specifically asterism in Star Sapphires. Asterism is a form of light reflection that forms in specific gems formation when polished and cut en cabocchon, where the light concentrates into a star shape.
