Adjust Customize so Donald Duck and Goofy use defensive magic constantly (once you learn Cure or Goofy learns MP Gift), but remember to set it back later.

If you've waded through everything ReMind has to offer, you'll be aware that Data Xion, Data Master Xehanort & Yozora all have a move that removes a section of your health bar for a period of time. Using cure won't restore it, nor will most healing items.

IIRC Sephy, Hades, Chernabog and Rock Titan all have a sixth, invisible health bar. Once you deplete this bar the HP loss should become visible. "If you think about Aerith's role in FFVII, it makes more sense to call her "I Earth" and not "I Ears."" - gmorris7897

Um, his health bar doesn't go that long. It's longer than Aqua's. Ventus has the highest defense of the three, but the lowest health. I think since you did all of MA, and finished the game, you should have all of them. You don't get any health increases from levels either, as Critical Lv1 runs prove.
