Showcases talent in huge win

Stephon Castle was drafted with the 4th pick in the 2024 NBA Draft after helping lead the UCONN Huskies to a National Championship as a freshman. Castle proved himself to be a big-time player in college, especially in the NCAA tournament, where he averaged 12.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.

For the second consecutive season and the fourth time in franchise history, the San Antonio Spurs have multiple Rising Stars on their roster. Stephon Castle will join Victor Wembanyama in representing the Silver and Black in an affair that highlights the brightest young talent in the league.

Castle closed with 20 points (8-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and two steals over 33 minutes during Wednesday's 128-116 loss to the Clippers. Castle has now scored 20 or more points in four of his last 10 outings.
