The rapper’s father is facing federal gun charges. Prosecutors noted one alleged gun sale happened just days after the mass shooting but clarified there was no evidence linking Melvin Doyle to the attack at his daughter’s party.

It's been almost one week since the shooting claimed the lives of three people. One of the victims is 24-year-old Azir Harris.

Melvin Doyle, 59, faces gun charges for selling several firearms to confidential informants with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, an affidavit alleges.
