Bisaccia’s history as a football coach goes back to Wayne State in 1983. He’s been with South Carolina, Clemson, Ole Miss, the Bucs, San Diego Chargers, Dallas Cowboys and the Raiders.
Bisaccia graduated from New Fairfield HS in Connecticut and played defensive back at Yankton College in South Dakota from 1979-82. His long coaching career began at Wayne State in 1983.
