The Lexington Police Department is investigating a homicide after a man was found shot to death on Darien Drive Tuesday afternoon. According to police, officers were dispatched around 1:25 p.m. to a home in the 1800 block of Darien Drive for a report of an unresponsive person.

Two women died Sunday at a Kentucky church in a shooting spree that began when a state trooper was wounded after making a traffic stop, police said.

It eventually came to an end with police shooting and killed the suspect.
