Indian batting coach Sitanshu Kotak confirmed Virat Kohli's availability for the second ODI on Sunday in Cuttack after the batter missed the Nagpur ODI due to knee injury.

Virat Kohli, who missed the first ODI in Nagpur due to fitness issues, is just 94 runs away from reaching 14,000 runs in ODI cricket. If he accomplishes this feat in IND vs ENG 2nd ODI, he will become only the third batter in history to do so, joining legends Sachin Tendulkar and Kumar Sangakkara.

However, he didn't divulge who among openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shreyas Iyer would be dropped if Kohli returns.
