A man was killed in a Los Angeles home following a massive fire that investigators say was caused by commercial-grade fireworks.

The victims, all men, ranged in age from 18 to 45 and were from California communities that include Stockton, San Francisco, San Andreas, Sacramento and San Pablo. Three were brothers.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman is set to hold a news conference, joined by Inglewood Mayor James Butts.

Homeowner Earl Decastro, 46, was nabbed and booked for involuntary manslaughter, though he has since posted his $25,000 bail.

Laguna Beach police said they identified the suspect as a 13-year-old boy, who was arrested on suspicion of felony reckless burning of forest land.

Three people were killed in separate fireworks-related incidents in Southern California over the Independence Day weekend.
