India’s Aircraft Accident Investigation bureau has released a preliminary report on the Air India flight that crashed in June, pointing to a possible issue with the engine fuel supply. The London-bound plane had barely left the runway at Ahmedabad airport before it careened back to earth.

Indian investigators probing the crash of Air India flight 171 said that both engines stopped receiving fuel shortly after takeoff.

Both engines on the Air India flight shut down within one second of each other before the Boeing 787 Dreamliner crashed last month in Ahmedabad, India, killing at least 260 people, according to a preliminary report released Friday.
