Arsenal's transfer spree continued with the signing of England forward Noni Madueke from Chelsea on Friday. He is Arsenal ’s fourth signing of the offseason after midfielders Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgard and goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
