He’s the man who was with a pregnant teenager reported missing from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, identified as 17-year-old Sophia Franklin. She was the subject of an Amber Alert in February. Day is also believed to be the father of Franklin’s unborn child.

After missing for more than two months, officials say Sophia Franklin has been found safe and the 40-year-old man she was supposedly with, Gary Day, has been arrested. Franklin was 16-years-old when she was reported missing on February 3rd by her family. She was spotted on security video leaving her home the day prior.

A pregnant Wisconsin girl, who was the center of a monthslong Amber Alert, was found safe in Sarpy County. The city of Beaver Dam Police Department said the now 17-year-old girl went missing on Feb. 2.
