Jed Wallace and his crisis PR firm, Street Relations Inc., filed a lawsuit against Blake Lively for defamation after the actress named both parties in her civil complaint against Justin Baldoni.

A Texas crisis communications specialist has sued Blake Lively for defamation. The actor pulled him into her legal fight with co-star and director Justin Baldoni over their film, “It Ends With Us.”

On Dec. 31, 2024, Baldoni and his publicists sued the New York Times for libel for an article published about Lively's sexual harassment complaint. That same day, Lively filed a federal lawsuit against Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and his publicists, alleging she was retaliated against for reporting sexual harassment.
