You can pin your favorite website's icons to the Windows 11/10 Start Menu. If the website favicon is missing, then follow this post to fix the issue.

You can still add it as an icon. After going to the website via Safari, tap the Share menu button. In the menu, scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
