Derik Queen had 24 points to lead five Maryland players in double figures and the 25th-ranked Terrapins ended Nebraska's four-game winning streak with an 83-75 victory.

Nebraska held a 10-2 home record on the season entering Thursday, but Maryland had won four of its past six games at Pinnacle Bank Arena and seven of the past eight matchups overall. The Terps’ strong play in one of college basketball’s best environments continued.

There were plenty of expectations when five-star center Derik Queen committed to Maryland to play for the Terrapins. The Baltimore (MD) product could've gone just about anywhere to play a year of college ball but he wanted to put the Terrapins back on the map -- that's what he's done.
