Two women were shot along Philadelphia's Ben Franklin Parkway while crowds gathered to celebrate the Super Bowl LIX victory parade on Friday.

Two people were shot at the end of the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl LIX parade on Friday afternoon, according to CBS News, The incident occurred near 23rd and Spring Garden Streets. It’s unclear what led to the shooting or the condition of the two victims who were shot.

The shooting occurred on the 2300 block of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, not far from where Eagles players were making speeches on the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps.
