Diggs tore his right ACL last October with the Houston Texans, and he has been rehabbing it ever since. It's a remarkable turnaround in a short timeframe for the veteran 31-year-old receiver, who signed a three-year, $69 million deal that included $26 million in bonuses and guaranteed money.
