Thirty-seven high school seniors with the Elk Grove Unified School District committed to colleges are receiving scholarships to the college of their choice.

Dwyane Love, owner of Elk Grove barbershop The Fade Room, opened his second location at 9643 E. Stockton Blvd. in the Elk Park Village plaza anchored by Pig Latin, Station 16 and Crunch Fitness.

The man accused of killing his estranged wife and another man in Elk Grove earlier this week died in the hospital, police said.
