Longtime Democrat Sen. Joe San Agustin says he is “seriously considering” a run for the governor’s office in 2026.

San Agustin was charged with the death of Charles Richard Lacy, whose burned body was found along Hawaii Road, also known as FAA road, in Dededo on Nov. 1, 2024.
