Quantitative analysis (QA) seeks to understand behavior by using mathematical and statistical modeling, measurement, and research.

As an example of competing risk analysis in R, we analyze data from 35 patients with acute leukaemia who underwent HSCT. We estimate the cumulative risk of relapse and TRM.

We will also go through some data analysis examples of GLMs in popular software such as R and SAS (possibly JMP if time allows) and explain how we interpret some of the output from each software.
