Bob Maddox once built the world’s largest pulse-jet engine and mounted it in a 1965 Jaguar. Star Wars audio engineers even recorded his pulse-jet engines for the movie Solo.

He started refining his pulse jet engines, which he fashions from aluminum and stainless steel in his workshop. He's sold about 50 of them. The smallest are used to power model airplanes.
