ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida A&M University College of Law is excited to announce that Orange County Clerk of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell will be the keynote speaker for the 2025 Hooding Ceremony.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Here’s a heads up for anyone who’s ever lived in Orange County — the clerk of courts might be holding a check with your name on it.

Toney was later taken into custody in Brevard County and placed under arrest. A review hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 11 at the Orange County Courthouse.
