A new barbecue restaurant is set to open on South Broadway, replacing the Michelin award-winning AJ’s Pit Bar-B-Q, which shut down a few months ago.

Riot BBQ, led by former AJ's pitmaster and industry veterans, brings Texas-style barbecue with Mexican flair to South Denver in a familiar location.
