An attendee of Saturday’s airshow at McConnell Air Force Base, seeks relief from the heat under the wing of a B-52 bomber. Over 100 people were treated for heat-related issues at the airshow.

The McConnell AFB Construction Industry Day is August 14, at the Robert J. Dole Community Center on base.

The airshow runs Saturday and Sunday (August 24-25) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at McConnell Air Force Base. Flying activities begin at noon, and the Blue Angels will take to the skies at 3 p.m. each day.
