SINGAPORE: The legal battle over control of home-grown hospitality group Tipsy Collective has taken another turn.

Rep. Darrell Issa used a hearing on foreign abuse of US courts Tuesday to press for legislation that would require disclosure of litigation funding in civil lawsuits.
