Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro sued the Trump administration on Thursday over its broad freeze of federal funding.

According to Gov. Josh Shapiro's office, more than $1.2 billion in federal funding is owed to Pennsylvania agencies. In addition to that money, the lawsuit claims more than $900 million in funding is "marked as requiring further (but unarticulated) federal agency review before reimbursement requests can be approved.
