The National Scenic Byway Foundation stepped in to help Lincoln Highway officials complete the applications and structure the plan.

People planning to camp along the Pioneer Scenic Byway, south of Wise River, this Labor Day weekend will have access to almost all campgrounds, day-use areas, and dispersed camping areas.
