Absolutely unacceptable. I had my rear brake pads replaced at 22,464 miles under warranty due to premature wear—something even the dealership documented as “outside of spec.” ...

Infiniti honored the resurfacing, replacement of pads and rotors in the first 2 times, but last time they said I have to pay for the rear pads which I ended up doing!

The rear pads still had quite a bit left on them, but I recently changed them around 15k kms. One peculiar thing I noticed during both the brake pad changes was that the pads had uneven wear.
