Law firm Jones Day has renewed its lease at Harwood International’s Harwood District in Dallas, with plans to occupy 73,000 square feet in a new office tower at the mixed-use hub.

The building has just sold to Dallas-based Harwood International, county deed records show. The purchase was financed with a $55.935 million loan from New York-based AllianceBernstein L.P.
