MarBorg will continue to provide in-place service for new wheeled carts at no extra cost through the end of June. After July 1, in-place service will still be available for an additional fee.

Unfortunately, I believe the proposed plan — issuing 96-gallon trash carts to every household and buying new trucks with arms to lift and dump the carts — ignores critical environmental concerns.
