Acting manager Carl Willis says he's talked several times with Terry Francona, since the Guardians manager was placed on the COVID-19 injury list on Wednesday.

Willis is the veteran pitching coach on a staff of young faces — now players and coaches. The Guardians are accustomed to youth on the staff, but not so much in the coaches’ locker room.
