Basically once you've put a using namespace std; in your header, and someone has included your header, there's no way to undo the using. This can reduce your options when a name conflict occurs.

If you want a reader to be able to see what page out of the total number of document pages they're on, start by double-clicking the header or footer, depending on where you placed your page numbers.
