A second black bear has taken up tenancy in the crawlspace of a home evacuated during the Eaton fire, prompting local frustration and fear about the furry creature's destructive capabilities.

For the second time in two weeks a homeowner has been jarred to find a massive bear living underneath their home, which wildlife officials believe is a direct result of January's Eaton Fire.

The homeowner says the bear has been part of the neighborhood for years, and hasn't caused any issues. But now, they need to get into the crawlspace to repair the home.
