The white BMW was heading east on the Belt Parkway approaching the Cross Bay Blvd. exit in Howard Beach just after 6 a.m. when the 24-year-old driver lost control of the wheel, cops said.

Moments later, at about 11 p.m. on March 7, the BMW rocketed through a solid red light at Route 166 and slammed into the side of a car, killing Kiley Armstrong, 21, and Evan Fiore, 23.

The impact was so severe that the middle-aged scooter rider sustained fatal injuries and died instantly. Witnesses at the scene reported the BMW driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
