I don't see how it could be an issue, provided you do ADD the accounts you want to be vCenter admins to the administrators group before you remove Domain Admins.

Under "Location" in the dialog the domain is not available. <BR><BR>After much Googling I have only been able to uncover that you need to have Administrative rights on the machine to add Domain Users.
