A Sulphur Springs couple camping on the banks of the Guadalupe River are among the victims of the Hill Country floods that claimed over 100 lives on the Fourth of July.
Jeff and Amber Wilson lost their lives in the flooding. As of Wednesday, July 9, their son, Shiloh, remains missing. According to a fundraising page set up by family, Jeff, Amber and Shiloh were in the Kerville area for a rodeo with Shiloh, who was described as a "young, spirited competitor."
