A 15-year-old youth and a 21-year-old man are still being questioned by police about an arson attack which almost claimed the lives of four people in Dungannon.

A 21-year-old man has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life following a house fire in Dungannon, Co Tyrone on Monday.

The people were treated by the ambulance service and several officers are being treated for smoke inhalation.

Four people have been rescued from a house fire in Dungannon by police officers. Several of the officers were treated for smoke inhalation, with a total of 12 people taken to hospital. The Northern Ireland Fire Service were called to the incident in Cunninghams Lane at about 20:30 GMT on Monday.
