The White Sox paid tribute to late closer Bobby Jenks by donning a "45" patch on their uniforms that they will continue to wear for the rest of the season.

After the death of former closer Bobby Jenks, the Chicago White Sox will honor him on their home field for the rest of the season.

Jenks, who pitched at Lakeland High and for the Prairie Cardinals American Legion team in the late 1990s died Friday in Sintra, Portugal, where he was being treated for adenocarcinoma, a form of stomach cancer.
