The School of Nursing at Widener University was awarded the fullest measure of success by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), a national accreditation agency recognized by the U.S.

Widener nursing is just one of seven schools nationwide to hold that designation, which runs through 2027. To date, only 95 institutions hold the Center of Excellence in Nursing Education designation.
