SADSBURY TWP., Pa. - It was a frightening scene on a Chester County highway Thursday, as a tractor trailer hung off a bridge, its back wheels keeping it from completely toppling over.

A pickup truck that crashed into the side of a tractor trailer became pinned underneath it, according to South Whitehall officials.
