The pop-metal band Ghost drew about 10,000 to Little Caesars Arena, where its macabre theater echoed a Detroit lineage of Alice Cooper, Kiss and ICP.

Moon Music, the band’s 10th studio album, debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week, with 120,000 first-week units — their first LP to top the chart since Ghost Stories in 2014.
