Texas A&M University-San Antonio senior Richard Delgado Jr. sat patiently in a row of chairs about 30 minutes before a ceremony announcing the school's mascot and colors on Oct. 23.

It'll be the home court for their new men's and women's basketball teams. The facility is more than 22-thousand square feet, connecting students and the community to Texas A&M San Antonio Athletics.
