Notre Dame plays the Louisville Cardinals after Markus Burton scored 32 points in Notre Dame's 97-94 overtime win over the Boston College Eagles.

Mr. Burton Ellis Witherwax was born Aug. 21, 1927, in Woodlawn, La. He was the firstborn son of James and Gertrude Witherwax.

With the victory, Burton (17-1, 9-0) clinched the Cumberland District regular season title. According to head coach Terry Sturgill, the last district crown for the Raiders came in the 2011-12 season.
