The Spencer’s store at Rushmore Mall may have to stop selling some of its racier toys and gifts or register as an adult business.

In a social media post, police said on Feb. 9 the suspect was photographed stealing an assorted amount of store property from Spencer's adult novelty store in Park Plaza Mall.

DELTA TOWNSHIP – Spencer's, a specialty gift shop, will open Wednesday in the Lansing Mall. The store will open in a 2,050-square-foot space previously occupied by women's apparel store Bon Worth.
