Top-order batter Shubman Gill kept up his good form with a sparkling century to help India hammer England by 142 runs and sweep the ODI series 3-0 on Wednesday. Gill's 112 off 102 balls steered India to 356 after being sent in to bat first at the world's biggest cricket stadium in Ahmedabad.

India completed a 3-0 series sweep against England after Shubman Gill's fluent hundred, helped by some incisive bowling, secured their victory by 142 runs in the final one day international in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.

ODI series defeat, India's fielding coach T Dilip went on to announce the impact player of the series. Shubman Gill was tasked with the responsibility to hand the medal to the winner.
