BOSTON (CBS) -- A judge ruled Tuesday to temporarily block the release of the surveillance video in the Robert Kraft prostitution case, citing his right to a fair trial.
Prosecutors say the video, which purportedly shows Patriots owner Robert Kraft paying for and receiving sex acts in a Florida spa, will be released once it has been reviewed.
But in this case it’s difficult to see what possible public interest would be served by blasting out video of Kraft seeking sexual services, as prosecutors claim the tape would reveal.
